Challenged with re-designing a movie poster on Illustrator I chose the thriller "Gone Girl".
First, I identified the movie's themes of mind games and marriage roles. The poster’s final iteration captures the thriller genre’s essence by interpreting the characters as pieces in a game of chess.
This strategic approach not only enhances the suspenseful nature of the film but also provides viewers with a captivating visual narrative that entices them to delve deeper into the story.
